BLURTEK ERP / MODULAR ARCHITECTURE

Not every business
needs the same ERP.

These areas can be developed, adapted or connected. Select a module to explore its scope; the combination is defined with you, not as a fixed package.

01 / CUSTOMER

From first contact to order.

A shared customer view so sales and operations work with the same context. Adapt stages, ownership and documents to your sales cycle.

  • Opportunities, quotes and sales follow-up.
  • Communication history, agreements and tasks.
  • Order handover to operations without duplicate data.

ONE EXAMPLE, FROM START TO FINISH

One order.
The whole business connected.

Sales team

An order starts with all its information.

The accepted quote retains customer, terms and products. Operations receives the context without re-entering it.

Blurtek ERP can be the management hub or a layer connecting existing systems. First verify interfaces; then design each exchange.

Traceability and oversight

Technology references, not partnerships or guaranteed connectors. Feasibility depends on APIs, versions, licences and permissions. IBM products are reviewed by specific solution.

One source of truth

Define which system owns customers, products, prices and stock.

Visible errors

Validation, retries and tracking reveal when a sync needs attention.

Permissions by design

Every user and connector accesses only the agreed scope.

WAYS TO APPLY IT

Different businesses.

Application scenarios, not client case studies or verified outcomes. The project is designed around your actual operations.

IMPLEMENTATION WITHOUT BLIND LEAPS

Change the system.
Care for operations.

Migration is not just moving tables. Relationships must be checked, people prepared and a rollback planned if validation fails.

  1. 01

    Process and data map

Review owners, sources, duplicates and history to retain.

  2. 02

    Pilot with one team

Validate one complete flow with test data and agreed acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Rehearsed migration

Test imports, reconciliation, permissions and rollback before transition.

  4. 04

    Rollout and support

Train by role and agree follow-up, support and subsequent modules.

IMPORTANT DECISIONS

Let’s discuss it
before we build.

Does it replace SAP, Sage or my current software?

Not necessarily. We can build complementary modules, a unified interface or a phased replacement. The decision depends on what works, dependencies and integration feasibility.

Can it run on our servers?

On-premises, private or cloud deployment is assessed against architecture, security and maintenance needs. Hosting and operating responsibilities are defined in the proposal.

Does it include invoicing and tax compliance?

Applicable obligations, country and accounting software are reviewed before including this functionality. The demo is not presented as a certified tax system.

How are ownership, licensing and maintenance agreed?

The contract defines usage and ownership rights, third-party dependencies, documentation, support and evolution. We do not assume one model for every project.

What does AI actually do inside the ERP?

Only designed and validated workflows: for example, classifying documents or preparing a proposed action. Permissions, logging and human approvals bound its scope.

FAQ

Before we begin.

Does it replace my current ERP?

Not necessarily. It can extend your system with custom modules or connect it to other applications. We first assess what to keep and what to improve.

Is it the same tool for every company?

No. We define processes, permissions and integrations with each client. Scope and terms are agreed before development.
