Blurtek / Business guide
Technology, explained before you decide.
What we can build, how projects are scoped and what to verify before starting. Practical answers about AI, ERP, security and connected systems.
01
What does Blurtek do and where does it work?
Blurtek is a technology company in Lleida, Spain. It develops software and a modular ERP, combining cybersecurity, AI, automation and infrastructure for businesses. Projects start with a specific process: what needs to change, which systems are involved and how the result will be verified. On-site work, remote delivery and maintenance scope are agreed in each proposal.

Can a chatbot answer questions using internal company documents?
Yes. Blurtek can develop assistants that consult authorised company documentation. The project defines approved sources, user permissions, how to show the source document and when to report insufficient information. Before production, tests cover real questions, contradictory documents and denied access. Connecting files to a model does not replace these checks.

Can AI run on company-owned servers?
Blurtek designs local or private AI solutions when project requirements justify them. Capacity depends on the model, memory, documents, concurrent users and expected latency. Backups, updates, access controls and supervision must also be defined. A local server changes where data is processed; it does not automatically eliminate security or privacy risks.

Is the Blurtek ERP tailored to each client?
The proprietary ERP is organised around modules and processes agreed with each client, such as sales, purchasing, inventory, operations or reporting. Data owners and sources are identified first, then a portion of the process is validated before expanding. The proposal should specify modules, migration, integrations, permissions and maintenance rather than only a feature list.

Can you integrate SAP, Sage, CRMs and existing applications?
Blurtek assesses and implements integrations with existing systems where APIs, versions, licences and permissions allow it. The project establishes the source of each data field, duplicate handling, failure behaviour and reconciliation. Compatibility is checked before committing to an integration; mentioning a brand does not imply an official partnership.

What does a cybersecurity project include?
Depending on scope, a project can include exposure inventory, identity and configuration reviews, network and email security, authorised audits, risk prioritisation and incident preparation. Deliverables distinguish findings, evidence, limitations and recommended actions. Offensive tests and simulations require authorisation, defined assets and agreed rules of engagement.

How is a phishing awareness simulation organised?
The programme defines learning goals, authorised recipients, timing, data safeguards and a support channel. It should teach recognition and reporting without collecting real passwords or exposing individuals. Results inform control and training improvements alongside email and identity reviews; they cannot guarantee that an incident will never occur.

Do you develop Android, iOS and maintenance applications?
Blurtek develops custom applications for operations and services. Maintenance workflows can include work orders, photos, assets, alerts and synchronisation after connectivity returns. Native, cross-platform or web delivery depends on devices, offline requirements, integrations and distribution. These decisions are validated with a prototype of the main workflow.

Can you bring fleet, logistics, sensor and KPI data together?
Blurtek can design integration and monitoring across operational data sources. Events, identifiers, units and owners are defined first so dashboards do not combine incompatible data. Work starts with a traceable workflow such as an order or a service visit, then verifies its journey. Connections to machinery or sensors depend on protocols, permissions and safety conditions.

How do you help reduce paper use?
Solutions can replace manual workflows with forms, digital work orders, traceable documents and integrated approvals. Scanning files alone is not enough: the project reviews data entry, reuse and retention. Savings are measured against the client’s actual process; Blurtek does not publish environmental or financial claims without supporting measurements.

What should a company receive at project handover?
Handover is agreed before building. It can include the configured solution, documentation, acceptance tests, integration and access inventory, training and a maintenance plan. Scope, third-party dependencies and incident ownership must be clear. Timelines, availability and service levels are specified in the proposal rather than assumed to be universal.

Are the website images, dashboards and brands customer case studies?
Conceptual images and dashboards labelled as examples explain capabilities, not customer installations or outcomes. Technology references do not imply certifications or partnerships. To evaluate a project, request a workflow demonstration and acceptance criteria suited to your data. Blurtek’s public information describes services; it does not establish a consultancy ranking.
