Digital documentation and less paper

Less paper. Less duplication. More traceability.

At Blurtek, we aim to reduce paper that adds no value. Design digital workflows for documents, approvals and field work, connected to ERP and solutions such as DeCA.

Digital documentation and less paper — conceptual technology image
TECHNOLOGY VISION · CONCEPTUAL IMAGE
NOT JUST TECHNOLOGY. A WAY OF WORKING.

Less paper. More information you can find.

A digital report can travel from the field to the office without printing or retyping. We define forms, validation, signatures where appropriate and connected archives. Savings are measured through documents and duplication avoided, not invented environmental figures.

Paper workflow assessment

Identify where information is printed, signed, scanned or re-entered. Prioritise repeated workflows and documents that are difficult to find.

HOW IT BECOMES A PROJECT

Clarity to decide.
Evidence to move forward.

Choose an initial process and an outcome you can verify. The digital documentation and less paper proposal connects scope, implementation and operations; it is more than a list of technologies.

Scope you can review

We document the starting point, people and systems involved in field capture. Requirements, exclusions and dependencies are made explicit before building.

  • Process and source map
  • Priorities and acceptance criteria

A verifiable first delivery

We validate a complete workflow in an agreed environment. We review the normal case and exceptions: insufficient permissions, missing data or integration failures.

  • Demonstration with your team
  • Recorded tests and corrections

A team that knows how to use it

Handover includes knowledge: how to operate, who can change what and who to contact. Maintenance, training and next phases are agreed so the solution does not become isolated.

  • Documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Ownership and continuity

SCOPE BUILT AROUND YOU

What we can solve together.

Combine these capabilities around your systems, priorities and team. The proposal specifies what is included, what connects and what remains out of scope.

01

Paper workflow assessment

Identify where information is printed, signed, scanned or re-entered. Prioritise repeated workflows and documents that are difficult to find.

02

Documents and approval

Forms, service reports, delivery notes and review workflows. Electronic signatures and retention according to document type and requirements to be validated.

03

Connected operations

Exchange information between office, mobile, ERP and digital transport. A shared reference avoids copies and makes document status visible.

04

Adoption and measurement

Training, permissions and recovery procedures. Measure avoided printing and search time without claiming environmental reductions that have not been calculated.

FROM SCOPE TO OPERATION

The workflow matters as much as the technology.

Start with a defined workflow and validate it with the people who will use it. Agree sources, permissions, integrations and acceptance criteria before expanding.

WHAT WE MEASURE

Digitally processed documents, avoided printing and rework. Digital systems also use resources: assess the complete process.

DELIVERABLES AND SUPPORT

Something your team can actually use.

Documentation, knowledge transfer and a foundation for future development. Licences, support and responsibilities are defined in the proposal.

  • Document map and priorities
  • Digital workflows with permissions and traceability
  • Adoption plan and monitoring dashboard
FAQ

Let’s be clear.

Can all paper be eliminated immediately?

Not always. Review document obligations, integrations and working habits before migrating. Prioritise feasible changes and retain alternatives where needed.

What do you need to prepare a proposal?

Goals, current systems, users involved and time or budget constraints. If access to sensitive information is needed, we agree conditions and permissions first.

How are price and timeline defined?

After defining scope, integrations, volume and acceptance criteria. The proposal separates implementation, licences or infrastructure and maintenance where applicable.
